Oh So Pretty Pet Spa

January 20, 2025 - Our First Appointment at Oh So Pretty Pet spa. I dropped my baby girl Piper to be groomed by Theresa B.. She was ready to be picked up. When I got in the car I noticed Piper’s hair looked a little choppy but she still looked cute. We got home I noticed Piper’s tail was tucked, and she just sat there with very sad watery eyes with her head lowered hiding under the table licking herself. This behavior is not at all like her. I picked her up and found that she had razor burns on her tummy an in the crease on the inside of left thigh which was very raw. Her anus was red and very swollen. Piper went 4 days before she was able to pooped. I contacted Theresa to let her know Piper is suffering from a razor burns and a painful swollen anus. I asked what happened? Theresa replied “I am sorry I did not realize that happened, I am sorry, but I will make sure my clippers are good next time”. I was so hurt I couldn’t reply. I am wondering why? Theresa knew there was a problem her clippers but still use them groom my Piper. And caused harm to my Piper. Theresa hurt my Piper in several areas and did not make me aware of Piper’s injuries. I am so hurt and have been nursing Piper for the past five days. I believe I should receive a full refund because of the injuries by Theresa. Heavy Hearted,

The ladies are very professional and caring! My fur baby has always been groomed like the little Princess she is.

The ladies here are so friendly, and they do a great job grooming my girls. My pups come back smelling fresh, and their hair is nicely cut. They seem to be happy when I pick them up which is a huge relief for me. This is the only groomer we use now!

My doggie is clean and very good lookin! They did a bath, brush, and dry. This comes with a few other services. Very good price for the service. Employees were nice and they got us in the same day. We will go here again.
