Whomever was the pharmacist on duty on 12/23/24 was absolutely horrible! The customer service was beneath the worst to encounter. Calling to inquire about a prescription, and can hear her IN THE BACKGROUND saying rude things. If she was the one “helping” me on the phone, that would be one thing. However, I was talking to someone else yet she still chimed in with her unwanted comments. How ironic is it that a pharmacist would say “I don’t have time for this right now” when dealing with something that is quite literally her job. She definitely has a Ebenezer Scrooge spirit on her.
I was received and assisted by Trinity at the checkout today. She was a very pleasant and professional person, which is rare to see. +++ I would shop more often at CVS if the staff were as nice and professional as her. The manager though, seemed rude and unwilling to help for some reason.
This is regarding the pharmacy only. The worst customer service with a don't care attitude. Twice now they have not had antibiotics in stock to treat an infection and taken hours to inform me of this. Both times no update or further communication with an ETA or suggestion to try other pharmacies. As a national chain, they should not only immediately communicate that this location is out, but also be able to suggest another location that does and transfer the prescription to that store so the customer doesn't have to do all the work to get their medications. I highly suggest anyone that needs non-routine prescriptions filled either go with another location or a better company with better infrastructure to assist customers.
Raiy(name Tag) went above and beyond. Help me locate my product, helped me checkout, applied a discount I didn't realized I had, and told me to have a good day. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SIR!!!!
This CVS has real issues they're not coordinated they're not friendly and I will never use them again, and I'm talking about the pharmacy only.
