This location’s pharmacy techs will delete your prescriptions fully from your record over and over instead of filling them, based upon personal bigotry, bad moods, and incorrect information in their system. They seem to have a preoccupation with other people’s genitals, which is really weird and creepy. After targeting you, they’ll target your children. Management has known for at least a year and won’t bother to fix the problem.

This store really need more than 1 person working in the pharmacy! It’s ridiculous that there are 7 people in line in the store at 3:45pm!!!!

Went to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacy tech spoke to myself and other customers very unprofessionally and impolite about not knowing how long they were gonna have to wait to get their prescription, if and when they were gonna open back up. Honestly giving this a one star was giving grace.

Walgreens has quickly become an absolute nightmare and not just at this location but company-wide. I attempted to request a refill and got an error saying I had to contact the store. Sadly, that is not possible when you call the store number you are transferred to their call center. I was transferred back to the store (waste of time) where I was on hold for several minutes. It sounded like someone picked up and hung up. I called back and after being routed through the call center (with the pleasure of talking to an incredibly rude employee I was on hold with the store pharmacy again. This was an even longer hold and after 39 minutes on the phone the call was once again picked up and disconnected. It was clear at this point that it was intentional and I have had Walgreens locations do the same thing. I called the store and spoke with a member of their management team and he was able to actually connect me to the pharmacy (an hour after my first attempt to contact them). I spoke with a person in the pharmacy who looked into it. While I was on hold I got the pleasure of hearing her yell into the phone. I was then told they did not have it in stock. This is something the system can notify me on the app without wasting an hour of my day, but that did not happen. I inquired if she could look to see if they had it elsewhere and she said she didn’t know. I’m not sure if they could just not look it up or if she was unwilling. This experience is not limited to this store and every Walgreens location is a nightmare. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
