PetSmart

Super rude employees. Grabbed several bones out of the Christmas clearance box by the register marked $2.50 but they rang up much higher. Staff just said box is marked wrong. Refused to fix the display and told me i should have known the price was to good to be right. I guess it is time to renew my Bark Box subscription and not visit this store again.

Took my Aussiedoodle in to get groomed. BEFOREHAND I told the lady who checked my dog in, (btw who I found out didn't groom my dog or relay any message to my dogs groomer), that I only wanted him to be cut down on his stomach and sanitary areas. I also said I wanted my dog still fluffy because it is supposed to freeze over the weekend. I get my dog back and he is completely shaved down. They tried to say that is what I asked for when I didn't. When I showed them pictures from the last time he was cut they tried to say he was matted near his skin which he wasn't. Even if he was "matted" I instructed the woman who checked him in to tell the groomer to give me a call if he/she felt they had to go lower. Also, I'm automatically charged a $10 grooming fee because of his breed and no care is taken into brushing him extra so what am I paying extra for if all you are going to do is say he's matted and shave him down anyways? So regardless if he was matted or not I should have been informed they were going to have to go so low and I would have told them to just wash and trim/cut his nails and sanitary areas. I have invested in many grooming brushes/combs because of his breed and make sure that he isn't matted because it can be uncomfortable for his skin. Pictures from his last cut and when I received him this time will be uploaded.

PLEASE STOP BUYING ANIMALS HERE. this place horribly mistreats all of their animals. the cats usually have litter boxes that are nasty and overflowing , the lizards are almost all severely underweight, and i think the fish pics speak for themselves. as long as people are buying they will keep ordering more animals. supply and demand.

We scheduled a groom for our female goldendoodle. Didn't realize the person grooming her was someone at a different place. We fell in love. We were informed they have many items available for ani.als to be groomed and able to be bathed, etc. So thankful we found Jess. Jess, our baby is beautiful and her bows are amazing. Thank ypu for loving our fur babies and scheduling pur male with you.

I really dislike going to this Petsmart even though it's close to where I live. I much rather travel all the way to youree dr than to shop over here. The staff always seemed bothered whenever you need to get something as well. Why are you in retail? The fish stock not as healthy as youree drives. It would be much better if we had more of a pet store selection this side of the river then we currently have. About 10 years ago we did. It sad to see change when it's not good.
