Kroger Marketplace

I've been a loyal Kroger customer since I worked for the company in 2015. This store used to be the best place to shop in the Bossier area, but recently it's gotten awful. The cashiers don't try to bag anything and will start checking out the next customers items before you are finished bagging your stuff. I am a couponer and on multiple occasions I have confronted cashiers for either ignoring the coupons printing or snatching them and hiding them for themselves. The produce used to be great, but I've found mold growing on the fruit and veggies as well as the meat & cheese trays near the bakery. The meat section is not much better. There's meat that sometimes looks like it should've been removed from the shelf several days prior, but instead gets discounted heavily. Today I found multiple bagged items like bread, frozen snacks, and vegetables open and still on the shelf. They need to hire more/better employees to actually take care of the store and customers.

Pharmacy staff definitely needs training on customer service and being professional! Called to speak with the Pharmacy supervisor regarding staffs lack of professionalism and was transferred 3 x and then hung up on. I'm pretty sure the l parmacy tech. wouldn't like being spoken to like she did to me and the other customer waiting on rx.

Waiting for gas station attendee to sho up. 15 minutes so far.

Love Kroger! They have such a great selection on specialty items, super fresh produce, delicious meats and fantastic sales items. The store is really clean, and the staff is super friendly. Can't think of anything more to ask for

Mrs. Latonya took my order over the phone. It was for a plain and simple birthday cake. I picked it up the next day and they made it extra nice. Great service
