the staff is good very welcoming and very knowledgeable!! this store location is nice and clean quiet grocery store!!! They have meats that are fresh the veggies also fresh

This seems to happen if I do grocery pick up but every time I get expired fruits or vegetables. I usually just let it go and don't order fruits/veggies for a while but this is getting out of control. It's like they have an expired bin strictly for pick up orders. This is for the Barksdsle Blvd in South Bossier location.

I've been going to this Kroger forever, they always have good prices on food products and constantly run good deals. And the Kroger brand of food is of good quality and priced good. Much better than Walmarts brand of food which is of lower quality. So I'll choose Kroger over Walmart any day of the week.

I’ve tried to order twice from their deli and both times they have canceled my order, sending me scrambling to find a new option. No one is answering the phone. I will not be using them again.

Gil went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find us two ingredients we needed for our family diner. The store was experiencing a partial power outage and we could tell he was busy but Gil listened and took the time to find what we needed. Service like this is rare and our family diner is better with the two ingredients Gil hunted down.
