I always bring my fur baby here because they always do a great job. Today I brought her in for a cut and nail trim as always, except today my dog was at least 6 to 8 weeks past due for a cut due to me being ill. She was one hot mess going in and came out beautiful, I could tell she felt beautiful. I love Howling Hotel & Spa! Thank you guys for what you do. Lacey & Kristi

I have 2 Great Pyrenees that I bring there. They always find time to get them in especially if I ask at the last minute to get them groomed or bathed. They love my two boys. Casey always looks wonderful and relaxed after a good long bathe and grooming. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Started bringing my new little boy,Oscar, who also loves going to them. They are very gentle with my “gentle giants”. I am very pleased with the service I received from them. THUMBS UP 👍 Thank-you

This is a great place to get dogs groomed. I brought my poodle here and they did a really good job. My dogs seem less stressed after visiting this place (versus other groomers). I wanted to get all my dogs in to be groomed, but they were too busy this week.

Have had our dog groomed several times here and have been happy with the results. However, this last time I dropped my dog off and they told me it would be two hours and when I called two hours later , they said it would be two hours later than that. Not the way to do business.. I purposefully stayed on this side of town 4 2 hours to be able to pick my dog up.. The owner met me at the counter and was very apologetic..She explained that to groom a large dog takes 4 hours and that she would talk to the employee who said 2 hours..My dog looks great...
