The staff are always so sweet and helpful. This time, I went for Santa picks. The camera didn't work, so they took photos on your personal phone. Seemed a bit unorganized, but it was before the holiday.

I drive further to come to this location. I love the cleanliness, how organized it is, and the staff are very friendly. The product I need is always in stock here. My pup Princess Leia loves to go shopping with me. 🫶🏻💜

I have a cavapoo and finding the right groomer wasn't easy. She was often scared when I dropped her off and when I picked her up. Tyra has been wonderful. Sophia is happy everytime I pick her up. Thank you Tyra!

The staff is always so friendly here and the store is always clean. They have a Veterinarian and Grooming all in one place so it's very convenient.

Ordered for pickup, they claimed I only ordered one item. The other item was valued at $10 and was free with the other item. Told them they could keep it! Called corporate and of course they said both items were in the order. Corporate gave me a $10 off coupon. I won't be doing pickup orders here again.
