Bark City

I took my 3 month Toy Poodle in for a wash and trim. I was very detailed! I asked them to trim his paws around his eyes and stomach. I asked them not to touch his body. I took extra measures to ensure their team understood my request. I walked to my car and turned around to make sure they understood. There was absolutely no reason for them to a shave my puppy. I'm scared this will ruin his curls. My puppy has been biting himself and looking sad since we left. They claim they specialize in poodles….LIE! I can't believe they shaved my 3 month old puppy. Definitely need their license reviewed! We will do out best to make sure everyone knows how awful this place is! I shared before and after pictures. Hopefully this helps someone not make the same mistake we did.

Bark City is the best place to take your pet. They take such great care of them and let them be free to be themselves. The grooming services are outstanding. My dog came back so clean and smelling great. Not to mention they told me of anything that was wrong with him. I.E. fleas, etc. I love this place so much!

Brought my dog here to be groomed and by no fault of theirs, he was overly excited and they opted not to perform service. I respect that, so can’t speak to the quality of work they do, but I can say that the place didn’t seem sanitary for a dog grooming facility and also the way I saw a groomer yell at a dog that was on the table multiple times was not the way I would want my dog to be handled. They advertise distraction over discipline but that’s clearly not what I observed. I’d had my reservations/concerns when I popped in solo about a month ago, but decided to give them a try. Glad things quite go the way I originally anticipated.

Wish I had read the reviews. My shih tzu was not only shaved bald. They cut off all of her whiskers & eyelashes. This was Monday & today is Friday. Ever since I picked her up she has been shivering & not herself. Her eyes are big & she just lays there shaking. When I called to talk to them about it. The owner would not listen to me started yelling & hung up in my face. Do not bring your dog or cat here.

The kind and professional staff at Bark City did a great job on grooming and cutting my dog. Further, they did it with no hassle and very fast. I arrived some 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was taken in with no wait, I decided to go shop for some groceries to kill some time, and before I could check out I got a call informing me the job was complete some 40 mins later. These are what small businesses are all about. Thanks guys
