The pharmacy staff was so kind and helpful!! I had to transfer my medications here because I'm in town for the holidays and I always have problems with my insurance when I pick up my prescriptions. The sweet young lady was SO kind and when I told her they usually call to sort it out she picked the phone right up and told me she would fix it for me. I usually have to wait over an hour while they fix it but she had it done in under 15 minutes! I wish I got her name so she could get the praise she deserves. I would come to this location every time if I lived closer. Hands down the best pharmacy I've been to!!

I've been trying to get my meds filled since yesterday 12/23/24 the techs (females) get on the phone acting like the pharmacist telling me I had no refills, than it went to its to early to get them refilled. I called back a male said it was only him (Subhi) is the name he gave but said it was him and another male was only the pharmacist there. When asked who spoke with me they all said no one there spoke with me. They hung up on me so yes I called back another tech answer when I asked her name she said than said I'm just okay it's Shakayla. It doesn't matter because I'm headed to pharmacist board website now and do my complaint and if anyone else has a problem with this location please put in a complaint because this behavior is not Professional at all.

Employee being rude for no good reason on Christmas... If you're open and let a bunch of people use the bathroom then why would you close it while people are still trying to use it. Could have closed it after the last person and kept the attitude to yourself.

This pharmacy is extremely busy but the staff as a whole is extremely helpful! I have been using them for years and am very impressed that they stay so helpful regardless of the huge demand on them 👏
