if u asked me about 3 years ago idda said mean things about the employees (the ones they had back then and still the current employees) it's not that their rude or jus have a ugly attitude .. they are people too .. and they have plenty to take care of , do , clean up , stock , feed & water , etc. plus deal with the lovely convience of dealing daily with the rude inconsiderate public .. ** as for the store itself !? ive never had a issue with anything, everything is easy to find and stays clean straight and stocked on the walls & shelves .. ** i would give 3 stars ONLY because I have a red morph bearded dragon .. his name is remington and i got him from here in end of October .. ive always heard bad comments about buying one from here butt personally he is my 4th dragon , all 4 come from here and I've never had any kinda issue with ANY .. my one and only complaint is my babys food .. its gotta be alive and moving or he just looks at me crazy .. i check them before I buy em , i buy the bowls of 100 .. within a week their all dead .. then like today for example I got 3 bowls of 100 , their bout half dead half alive so the $ was half off .. I need tips on having them live longer .. and crickets .. always outta the live crickets ..

I love this PetSmart. Customer service is way better than Petco. The store is clean. The employees are friendly and outgoing.

I travel a lot so I use Petsmart as my go to Groomer. I carry a list of services that I would appreciate how the dog is groomed. Even though PetSmart list those services does not mean the groomer always follows this list. However Josh did an excellent job and did not seem irritated that I brought my list.

Super helpful staff. The wait check out wasn't bad. Prices were up there as they tend to be at PetSmart, but they had what we needed. Would return if we need something traveling again.

I came here because we were killing time until we had to go to a party. The kids loved the small animals but we eventually made our ways to the adoptable animals. I found Jessica (who I renamed Jessie) in the cats area and my girlfriend bought her for me for a christmas present. The manager was SUPER helpful and the adoption process was easy. I didn't get my rabies tag for her but they are mailing it to me back to Texas. They were great people and my cat lives a life of luxury now. Thanks so much!
