Dollar General

Rude & racist employees. Christmas garland and ornaments were Buy 1 get 1 50% off. I bought garland (as you can see in the photo) and I was disrespected by a lady employee, constantly interrupting me and telling me that isn’t apart of it. She also tried saying something else wasn’t part of it but it was on my receipt. First of all, it says Holiday Time garland on the tag. Secondly , it was stocked in the area where the rest of the garland was and the signs that say Buy 1 get 1 50% off. It was more so the fact that she was rude to me and the manager did nothing about it. I won’t be back.

I'm a regular customer at the store, and at least 5 times lately when I go to check out the items always ring up more than what the prices are on the shelves and when I tell them they'll normally go check out the price themselves and do a price override and it got to the point to where I started taking pics with my phone to save time from them going to go check the price, well the other day I visited the store I had an item ring up the wrong price again and this time I had 2 of the same item and of course nobody wants to overpay for an item especially 2 of them, so when I informed the cashier of the wrong price and she called for the manager, I was then told that the system was not letting her override the price that I would have to pay the price it ring up so I left both items at the counter. Dollar General I'm unsatisfied with your store and this is terrible business and I want other customers to be aware this.

Always easy to stop & run in real quick. It's usually cluttered with stuff in the isles. The prices are usually cheap ( sometimes the products are too but you already know what you're getting ) employees are always nice and friendly altho sometimes it does take a while to get 1 up front.

Store was neat and the manager/cashier was very cordial. I told her the store was very orderly and clean. She replied, I try to keep it up even though we are short on employees. I will return to the Dollar General on Bringhurst and Lee Street.

The best DG Store I’ve ever been to. Lots of neat stuff, variety of stuff, good location, good parking, convenient to get to it from two different streets. , and it seems that it has better prices than other stores. Store seems clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
