Great bath & nail trim for my dog. All staff members were very friendly and helped answer my questions. Everything was prompt and fairly priced. We'll be back again soon!

My baby Leo gets his baths here every other weekend. The girls here are all so friendly and helpful. Leo LOVES bath day and he loves his handkerchiefs they give him. He actually stayed with them for a couple of weeks at Christmas and they gave him his meds and made sure he was clean when we picked him up. They’re very reasonable on price as well. Love this place y’all!

We used them twice for weekend stays. I'm giving the stars for the staff (young lady at the desk is very pleasant and friendly) and the proximity to my home. Not sure what the issue is in this town but improvements are needed in customer service. Both stays, we were charged an extra day and there's no explanation. Was told that if drop off is in the evening, there is no charge for that day. So therefore one would think that boarding charges are per night...so for a weekend stay...charges should be for Friday night and Saturday night for a evening pick up on Sunday. We were charged for 3 days. If charging per day then Fri to Sat is one day, then Sat to Sun is day 2....correct? This is common sense math. Not sure why or how they charged for an additional day. When asked for an explanation, staff was unable to explain it...and said the owners would call....well it's not day 3 after pick up and no call. At this point, it's fine....we will just not use this place again but you should consider either making your pricing system more understandable and re-educate your staff on the policy or stop ripping people off.

Our Sailor has recently stayed 3 times. I was worried at first with her being only a few months old but she loves staying at Pet Inn.The staff is very friendly and eager to make your little one feel at home and to help we take her bed and toys so her private room feels and smells like home, too. She is taken out 3 times a day by the staff to have play time. They also offer cookies and ice cream if you really want to spoil your pet. The facility is always clean and sanitized which is very important to us. Its great to have a place to leave your little one without worry so you can enjoy your time away.

They bathed our dog & trimmed her nails. She looked good & smelled good & they tied a cute bandana around her neck. The interior of the lobby also smelled nice and fresh, which was pleasantly surprising, since it is a place that has dogs & cats there full-time. (I expected it to justifiably smell like pets, but it smelled fresh & clean instead!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
