My large doodle had never been professionally cut but today, we changed that!! Erica did a killer job on Benji! Absolutely perfect! Taking Hank, my other doodle next week because they are just that good!! Friendly and happy environment that made me feel at ease leaving my big boy there in their care. Steven has built an amazing grooming establishment that we will continue to use forever!

It is such a lovely and welcoming environment. The owner worked with me on specific hairstyles and accommodated my needs. They are quick with their service and meticulous with every detail I didn't think of! I am grateful for the owner’s flexible schedule. We booked our Maggie May with Ashley just the day before her earliest availability. Everything was simple to do online, with descriptions of each service they offer. Maggie did great, and we got a cute little checkout photo and summary saying how she was for them during the appointment, which was very nice to see & know before picking her up. She was in a great mood at pickup, which tells me a lot about the people at Shih Shed, because she is usually a nervous girl about grooming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
