I have been taking my dog to Scrub-A-Pup Self-Serve Laundromutt for grooming, and I am beyond impressed with her service. On two occasions, I arrived a few minutes late for our appointments. While I completely understand the importance of punctuality and the need to adhere to late policies, they were incredibly understanding and still accommodated us. I wouldn't recommend being late, as she has a busy schedule with many dogs to groom, but her understanding nature and dedication to knowing what's best for your pet make her stand out. Unlike other grooming services in Richmond, such as PetSmart, where I've had less-than-pleasant experiences, Scrub-A-Pup Self-Serve Laundromutt has always been kind and professional. I'll definitely be using her services again and highly recommend her to other pet owners! ❤️🐶

I am new to the area. I accidentally came across this place. I am so glad they have have a self wash. I have 2 dogs and it was so much easier to take them here and bathe them. They provide everything you could possibly need to bathe your fur babies. The other services is also great. I will definitely be going back it is so close to my house. The young lady was so friendly and explained all the services they offer.

We have a 60lb mutt (husky and walker mix) and he is hyper to say the least. He did well in their bath setup with everything we needed provided on site, but he was a pain to get his nails clipped. They were patient in working with him and we really appreciated that. It’s also a bonus to not have to unclog your drains of dog hair…

We definitely need more places like this!! They are very accommodating, clean bays with all things needed to get your babies fixed up! Super friendly and attentive to all needs. Prices are great, especially when you get a guaranteed clean and sanitized area to keep your baby pups safe as well as looking great! Thank you for all you helped out with!!

as far as I know this is the only self service washing facility in Richmond. I love how everything is provided for you, first time visiting was very welcoming, my dog who doesn’t even like baths was even very chill more than I expected. the price is very reasonable as well, will definitely be back.
