Unfortunately, "new" doesn’t always mean "better." Nearly all of my experiences at this Walgreens Pharmacy have been disappointing, especially with the newer staff. The lack of customer service skills is evident, and the employees are often quite rude. If you’re using the drive-thru, be prepared to wait far longer than necessary—unless the staff knows you personally. It’s frustrating to wait behind one vehicle for over 20 minutes, only to be asked to come back when it’s finally your turn. This level of service is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The employees here are in serious need of training, especially when it comes to interacting with customers.
Put a closed sign on the door if you’re not going to let people in the lobby. Only place in town to get finger splints and not a sign one that says you can’t come in. Won’t be back. Don’t care if it’s the last place open. I’ll go to the ER first👍
