Lou's Place for Pets

No one will treat your animals as good as Sheena! She will love them like her own and would even give them life saving measures if anything was to ever go wrong. Get a groomer and boarder who is serious enough to give your dog or cat mouth to mouth if they needed it! You won't meet anyone as nice to animals (humans are debatable) as Sheena! Just run to Lou's place for pets!

Didn’t clip toe nails. Her ears are uneven. She didn’t trim in between her puppy pads on her feet. First time and last time going

Very rude to customers! I Took my daughters pet for boarding for the first time and was talked to horribly, because of a miscommunication issue when it was arranged. The owner was very rude and hateful! I did not leave my daughters dog because if they treat customers like that I can only imagine how they treat the pets behind closed doors. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not, but you don’t talk to customers that way. My daughter and I have shopped there for pet supplies sometimes, but NEVER again.

Bit sassy to customers, stopped by to see when the earliest my dog could be groomed. Which wasn’t until June, asked if there was a cancellation fee incase I found a groomer that could do it faster. There’s not a cancellation fee but in her words “doesn’t matter if your house is on fire and you miss I won’t book you again.” I’m sure she does a good job grooming but I’m not with the sass and attitude

Lou's Place For Pets, hope if I ever end up in a nursing home they treat me as good as Sheena does at Lou's. Trust me she cares enough to go out of the way for your pet. You might have to show records, answer some questions but you have to do that at hotels too!
