I've always used this pharmacy but here recently a lot of the people are rude. Our prescriptions are always missing something. It takes days to fill it. Lord behold you call and ask a question about it. There is 1 female there that's just lazy and super rude & disrespectful. She last month lied to me about having my medicine in stock after claiming she just went to check. This month it's going on day 3 and it's still not done. I called earlier to see what the hold up was and it sounded like that same female and she told me "we have to have time to fill it." From the moment she answers the phone, she is super rude. To the rude people there you can ruin someone's mood, there hole day on something they need just by how you speak to someone. Next time stop and think this person may be going through something, having mentality issues, or maybe there kid is sick. Nobody wants to deal with these sucky attitudes. Also it's inconsiderate toward others, it's selfish. It's makes you ugly. Somebody needs to step in and get these disrespectful, rude, unreliable people up out of there. Your there to work with customers so do your job right and treat people the way you want to be treated.

Randy from the pharmacy is amazing went above and beyond, and trust me when I say that cause I had called 2 other walgreens even cvs and randy helped me and made sure I was able to get my meds. Thank you Randy for being so caring and compassionate. Nice to see human kindness is still a thing!

I would give two stars if this incident hadn’t happened three months in a row with their pharmacy! Three months in a row they have lost my prescription, it’s not on my doctor’s end because they made sure it sent over each time! I only get 2 prescriptions, that I can’t go without, and each month they loose one, then the next month they loose the other! One of the months I had to go without my medicine for over a week because my doctor was on vacation, needless to say it was awful, but every time I asked them why this keeps happening they just tell me, “ sometimes there is just a glitch in the system”, and then they would get aggravated when I would ask them how it happens 3 months in a row?!

I stop here a lot to take advantage of free card loading. I sometimes buy a snack or an essential household item or toiletry that I need. I will also sometimes get makeup here if I don't feel like going in anywhere else. I always have a good experience, all of the employees are super friendly, especially the late night employees!
