Menards

The store itself is amazing! It's clean and has a variety of options for everything! The CSR in plumbing was a very nice and helpful guy. Wish I could say the same about the check out guy, but I can't. The CSR at checkout was very rude to us, not sure if he was having a bad day but his customer service was awful.

Went to warehouse to get flooring, had no one in there to get it down. Told us the wrong side of the warehouse. Had to call to get someone to come get on forklift and get flooring down. What if there was an senior citizen that needed something? They wouldn't be able to get it themselves. Do better

Went to no less than 5 different furniture stores Saturday looking for a new couch and kitchen table and chairs. I am so tired of getting excuses from them about what they can’t do and what they can’t order I was ready to give up. My husband needed to pick up something from Menards so we stopped in there. SURPRISE Menards had a Lane Brand sectional couch that was the correct color,size and fabric that we were looking for. Two left in the store! So we purchased it. The price was between $500.00-$700.00 less than all the furniture stores and as a bonus we got two area rugs with the couch. The Extra Extra Bonus was the 11%rebate we get for filling out and sending in the rebate form for the couch. Now to give credit to the exceptional Menards Associate, Ray, he had to deal with a tired, angry and disappointed because of all the negative salesperson at the regular furniture store, customer-Me. I don’t think I have ever been so surprised as I was this shopping trip to hear so many “Yes” and “this is what Menards can do for you” as I was Saturday. We did not have to take the couch with us and are able to set up a pickup time of our choosing. Ray thank you so much for your positive attitude and help!!!

Great store! At Menards you can almost always find what you need. Moved to the West Tennessee area from Wisconsin and so glad to have this store nearby. Good pricing and good quality for the price. VERY large selection of home and building products.

One thing is true here, if you want to save big money, you shop Menards. After years of hearing the jingle, I finally made it into one- this one is so new, the Google imagery hasn’t even shown it yet. It’s like Lowe’s-meets-Big Lots, with may regional and local products. What surprised me most was the food products in what I thought was a hardware store. Loved the walleye steaks, truly Midwest. Likely, if you need something, anything, the ‘Nards has got it. Highly recommend, cheers.
