Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique

My dog got sick following her appointment at Splash and Dash. After taking her to Urgent care, I was told a few of the causes that could have urged the sickness. With no intention of blaming the groomer, I decided to call so that I could rule out a few causes and narrow down the reasoning. While speaking with one of the owners of Splash and Dash on the phone and asking questions about collars, sickness, and treats, I was treated poorly. Instead of showing empathy for my pet and being kind, the lady told me that I should not be blaming her and there is no way it came from them. I was merely trying to get answers to help understand how the sickness could have happened (if she was given treats that upset her stomach). I would have never left the review based off sickness. Yet after I called, and the way that I was treated on the phone, I would recommend to stay away from this groomer.

First time appointment was a huge success! Both of my goldendoodles look fantastic. The owners and staff were wonderful from start to finish! We will definitely be coming back for future appointments!

This used to be a good place but since my last appointment I have had a very bad experience. In October at his routine appointment they burned my golden retriever's nose and they couldn't explain to me what happened(2nd picture). Today I took him again to his 10 o'clock appointment and it was 10:30 and they still had him locked in a cage without bathing him and he got this burn (1st picture)even when the staff was explained what had happened previously. They do not take care of the pets, it is not a good place anymore. and I should sue them to cover the vet expenses for lack of professionalism and lack of care. I would give them a minus - 100 if the system let me.

Huey and I have used Splash & Dash twice now and I’m always so relieved with how patient and loving they are with my hyperactive golden doodle! They never make me feel bad about how much energy he has and always manage to safely give him the cutest cuts! I’m so happy I’ve moved back home so I can continue to give Huey the most fun, safest spa days.

Splash and Dash in Middletown has consistently bathed and groomed my dog with great attention to detail. They have an excellent team of groomers and provide wonderful customer service - they know what they’re doing! Highly recommend!
