Kelly always does a great job with my Cavalier/Poodle mix Nada. She comes home happy and looking great. I appreciate that dogs must be fully vaccinated (with proof) to be seen and cared for here. I never have to worry about my pup coming home with Bordetella. Thank you, Barkside!!!

We decided to take our farm dog (with fine fluffy unruly fur) 60 miles East, just for Kelly to groom her! She does an absolutely stunning job and takes her time to make her look perfect each visit. I am always comforted knowing she’s taking care of MJs hair and her well being

Our Cavapoo requires grooming every 6 weeks (something my boyfriend didn’t know prior to getting her) and Kelly makes it a flawless & easy experience every time. We have taken her to other places in the past & she would shake & get nervous the second we walked in the door. When we take her to Kelly she loves going & always seems really happy to be there. Kelly treats Nada like her own & we appreciate her patience with some of her extra needs after doing her favorite things playing outside, swimming, & camping. 😊

I have took my Highly trained. Autism service dog 🐕‍🦺to this dog Grooming I just have to say that I Officially stopped. taking my Medical equipment. Service dog to this place even though my dog did really well but I was asked to have My dog vaccinated for kennel cough.my service dog got Denied. And it's Illegal but I really appreciated what they did for my service dog but my service dog won't be able to get her haircut there anymore I hope that they get good Customers.that what there dogs to get there haircut I Appreciated the support.that they were very kind to my service dog and took good care of her for me but I am going to be taking my service dog to another place to have her haircuts so she doesn't get so hot out in the Heat. Especially when I will be taking her to king's island with me.i don't want her to get very very hot outside Bojangles loved it there but I have to say that the services they provide are not great. I walked in there at 3:30 this afternoon today on Tuesday 2024 but I forgot the Papers to show that she was vaccinated.not Knowing that I was supposed to have them with me I also Letted my dog outside of there place to go potty outside but I was not in a good mood at all my autism took the best of me but I do what to say that kids with autism have Issues.to some people don't know kids and people with autism I am on the autism Spectrum.my service dog helps me a lot with a lot of my Struggles.but it is just so hard for me to Wait. For things like my dog getting Took in care of.and getting her haircut to I hope that other service dog teams will not Consider. Taking their highly trained service dog to this Dog grooming.im so sorry everyone for this sad news but I am doing what's best for my service dog I just don't see the services at this dog Grooming being good for other people as well To just know that a service dog is highly trained to Help a individual with a disability.but telling someone with a disability that they cant get there Highly trained service dog in to a Grooming. Appointment? Is just like me telling someone that they cant have there service dog in a Facility of a Public. Place my service dog is also the sweetest baby I have ever had Bojangles is very sweet and loves people but sadly we have to take her to another place but I don't think that Bojangles will be back to this place for any haircuts Just for safety cautions.to of the ADA is to Understand is that if a Dog groomer Denys , other service dog handlers Access. buy telling the person with a disability that they cant get the service dog in to get it's haircut Right away. or giving the service dog. a bath in the tub.or any other things to a service dog team has a right to Sue any Local business or a dog grooming Facility this is just A example Just to understand because I Educate people about service dogs to Thank you for your understanding and time Bojangles will no longer be back at Work side. Dog Grooming.im so sorry to say she enjoyed being there getting her haircut and she is not due to get her Vaccines.she Already. Had them she is a very Healthy. Service dog and she will miss the dog Groomers. For sure but she is going to a different dog groomer now

My dog is a big baby and has always struggled so badly when getting groomed. Although i believe we have finally found our grooming home here. 💜 Anna is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and she genuinely cares. I can tell my boy feels so comfortable around her and that this is more than just a job for her which means the most to me. I highly recommend!!! They will do whatever it takes to help make the grooming process a happier experience for all. :)
