Claws & Paws Grooming Salon

Excellent service, been using her for years! But unfortunately, I've had to remove my positive review as she denied me service without an explanation. I believe in denying a customer service, but I was given no reason.

She has groomed our dogs for the past 3 years. She does a very good job, our dogs come back looking great. Prices are fantastic and she is very nice to all the animals ( you don’t get that everywhere).

Called to make appt and was told only if I could leave an appropriate tip. It's a shame the the owner of the business would expect a customer to leave a tip. It should be up to the customer if they want to tip. I always tip. I must of made mistake that day. But she should've responded that way. Maybe I didn't have the money that day. She doesn't know what I was going through then. I will never refer her to anyone.

Our first visit was very good. She did her best to give Charlie a fox terrier cut but was hindered because he was quite matted. (My fault) She was very quick and thorough & he came home with clipped nails, no more mats and smelling good. Will definitely visit again.

My mother called today to make an appointment for our pups via text. The OWNER responded with, “yes I can get you in if you can tip appropriately next time”. My mother replied with no thank you & that we would go elsewhere because of her rudeness. Her response was “K”. Sad that a business owner would speak this way to her clients.
