Love TLC Dog Grooming, they really do such a great job with your pets. The prices are spot on with another place. I've never had a problem with them. Everything is done timely and just the way I want it done. These people who get on here and complain that they are rude and hateful are just wrong. I've known the owners for many many years and I have never heard them say anything rude to anyone. I've seen people be down right hateful with them and the would just smile and say have a nice day. You won't regret taking your dog to them at all.

Man I wish I could express how awesome these guys are. I took my German Shepherd in to get groomed. They got him in and out, did an amazing job and were nothing but AMAZINGLY friendly and awesome. They went above and beyond. I truly left there thinking "I wish I woulda called these guys a year ago"! As far as value for my $, A+! I couldn't touch Arlo without hair flying everywhere. My wife was about to divorce me, and my car looked like a Ford Shepherd. For everything they did, getting me in on literally a walk in, a nice clean facility and being so nice... I will definitely be back.

This was the first time for our two ShihTzu. Although the price is more than we had to pay before they did a great job. Our boy Harley is very nervous, but this time he was more calm when we picked him up than the previous groomer. Will definitely try them next time. Very satisfied with the service.

My daughter took her Labradoodle to be groomed. The PERSON said her dog hadn't been groomed in over a year ( lie) my daughter and I groomed him once took hours. Then she did about a month ago..The groomer said a year.They groomed him alright came home lookiing like poodle ( ugly) He's s NOT a poodle. Then charges her $ 159.00. If I'd been there she wouldn't have been paid. If I could give NO stars I would. So my suggestion is take your furbabies elsewhere.

Just picked up my dog from there. We just moved to KY less than 3 weeks ago so I called yesterday to ask about getting an appointment and the prices. She said grooming starts at $45 and would be extra charges for flea/tick and Mats. I ask about other services like teeth etc. and she only mentioned about the flea/tick, mats and medicated. I dropped her off and spoke to the guy there for a bit about her health and I was impressed with the place so far. Well I pick her up and while I was talking to the lady,owner, she is processing my payment. When I look at the receipt it is $58 not $45. I ask why and she said it was because she had not been there in the last 6-8 weeks. What? My dog was groomed in CA on April 12 before we left for KY on the 18th. Well the discussion got heated. My problem is the fact that I was not advised of this before being charged. While I was outside writing a review a “regular loyal” customer told me he was charged a higher fee today. She came storming out the door and threw $10 in my car window and said write my review and never come back. I do not have a problem with the grooming JUST the fact that I was charged extra for something that I was never informed of.
