me and my 4yo son went in the TSC for the first time ever to look for duck coops. In the meantime, we walked up to the front while I was on the phone with my husband giving him measurements of the different duck coops that they had & we had seen a john deer tractor/trailer on sale for $50 up by registers and I said I wanted to buy it and there was a associate working right there at the register who HEARD ME STATE IT.. and this elderly couple comes out of nowhere and says oh no we’re buying that so! I didn’t know what to do. so Gio starts crying because they basically told him no it’s there’s!!!! but it wasn’t taken off the floor nor marked as sold… it was olderly couple and then I take it like their daughter.. so, you know I just looked at the worker and I was like there anymore? because at that point they were already walking around the counter, to get it for them to go pay to purchase it. and they said no. disregarding me and son completely!!!!! but the fact is i was right by it saying i was going to purchase it and then someone else comes up to clam it… even winked at my son before we left the store … manager was even tried to tell me that no, none of the employees witnessed it when that is NOT TRUE, i spoke with both for two separate things so how is that possible. I just want things to be made right ! unprofessional staff!!!! i walked out after that and don’t think i’ll ever come back after the discrimination my son and i endured there…
Incompetent worker and disrespectful. Take your money elsewhere. Female employee was rude and when my family proceeded to walk back outside she talked to another employee saying my brother was stupid and didn't know what he was talking about, not knowing I was with him. When in fact she didn't know what she was talking about, took our money went to Rural King and got the correct item needed and received great customer service there.
They have a little bit of everything, however when I say (A little bit of everything), I really mean, a little! But if you need supplies for livestock or your farm, then it's a good place to check out.
This place is great. Solid little hardware and farm supply store. However they sell case knives. They also have great deals on pet supplies. They will help you load up anything you need. They have good sales sometimes, and they often apply to big ticket items. This store isn't that big, but it's great.
I walked in and two employees were socializing at the front desk. One was someone named Lisa, and my mere existence in her presence seemed to annoy her. I kindly asked where the trailer hubs were, and she pointed me in the right direction. They didn’t have what we needed, so I asked for specifically what we needed. I was too much of a burden for her to check her computer, and she said they didn’t carry what I was looking for. I checked my phone on my way to the car and, sure enough, they did have it available to order. I called her out on it and she indignantly went to her computer to help me make the order. If you wonder why people are buying online, consider the laziness of store employees when you actually go to the physical location. The world is crumbling because people like Lisa don’t want to work. Theyd rather socialize at the front desk than do what they’re paid to do. Worst TSC experience ever.
