Ruff Luxury Inn

My dogs love it here! They can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up! Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely care about every animal that comes through the door. They are super accommodating, the Inn is always clean, and their groomers are incredible too! Highly recommend:)

They're all so very friendly. The price falls in line with most others in the area. I've boarded my sweet pup twice with them and I don't plan on going elsewhere. I love that they post photos of your pup on Facebook so you can check in on them. They even celebrated my pup's birthday when I couldn't. They send your pet home with a report card to know how they did. Great place, really!!

This place is awful for a few reasons 1. One dog left pooping blood. All three ended up with a cough after the weekend of boarding. (There was a sign about an outbreak posted after we had checked them in and left) 2. They create “rules” randomly. My dogs have stayed in a room with my MIL dog twice there and never had issues. This time around they were rude about “all dogs must live in the same house” after we had booked a few times. 3. The customer service sucks and the price is too high for the level of quality. Buyer beware and shame on Ruff “Luxury”

Sent our fur baby to the Valpo location for a weekend stay while out of town. Extremely clean facility and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. They are a great facility and for that reason fill up quickly so call in advance. There is, however, a sister location at the dunes location that has more availability.

Wow! We were unhappy with our last few grooming sessions at another place so decided to give Ruff Luxury Inn a try. I think the before (1st) and after (2nd & 3rd) pics speak for themselves—RLI did a WONDERFUL job! Our pup came back looking gorgeous and in great spirits. And the price was better. We can’t thank you enough!!
