Animal Creations' Gentle Touch Grooming

My dog Sadie has been groomed at Gentle Touch several times. A few weeks ago I brought her in along with my other dog (Abby) for some cleanup (she doesn't need regular grooming, just cleaning up once in awhile). I had to wait while they fixed Abby because they didn't do what I had asked. Then today, several weeks later, they called me to "fire" Sadie -- the one that has been there several times. They said she is too noisy and upsets the other dogs. Why have I not heard about this before? Whey didn't they say anything? I get a random call from them saying my dog is not welcome there anymore. Real nice.....NOT!! I would not recommend this place. They seem nice up front, but even the woman who tried to fix Abby when they didn't do what I asked seemed very impatient with her. If they had such a "Gentle Touch," maybe my dog(s) wouldn't have been so upset there!!

Diane is the groomer my dog Abby goes to. She is wonderful and she has a way for "figuring out" what kind of look I am going for. Been seeing them for 3 years now and haven't had any trouble.

Rachel clipped Brewster today and he looks adorable! With a blue kerchief and a blue streak in his tail, she did so good, and Brew can be a handful... Thanks you so much!
