Very rude on the phone when I called to inquire about services. Her greeting was cold and very unpleasant, and just not the disposition of someone who would or could make my perfectPup smile.. I would even go so far as to say she may scare the overgrown hair off of his brow.!.! She seems to be in the wrong line of work. Didn’t even make it to the service inquiry part of the phone call let alone scheduling. Awful. Tsk Tsk Tsk
