Aqua Dog Grooming

I took my dog Kayne to Aqua Dog for a groom. Kayne is a long haired German Shepherd and I usually take him to have his top coat removed in the Spring and Fall because of shedding. When I picked him up he was butchered! He was literally cut down to his skin. And when I expressed my concerns to the owner, Angie, she said the cut was good and she could only offer to blend him when it started growing back. She even refused to give me a refund. That text exchange where she said that is included in this review. Kayne will never step his paws into that place again and if you know what's best for your pooch you wouldn't take them there either. This has been the best experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They did such a great job with making my dog feel at ease during her grooming. Excellent service and great prices! I will definitely recommend to other pet parents.

I’ve been using another groomer because they’re also where I take my dog for boarding so it’s easy to add grooming on when she has to board. They are fantastic for boarding - not so much for grooming. I decided to try Aqua Dogs because it’s just down the road from me and I’ve heard good things about them. I’m so glad I did! Here’s what I love: 1. You can do everything online or on their app. You *can* call too, but I actually like the convenience of doing it online. 2. My dog has black nails and most places don’t trim them enough. I know it’s hard to see and I understand erring on the side of caution, but Aqua Dogs did the best with her nails of anywhere I’ve taken her. 3. She smells great, but not overly perfumed. 4. Their prices are very reasonable. 5. Everyone there was super nice!

Wow! Staff that truly enjoy taking care of our precious furry family members. Especially those that has special needs. We were so nervous about leaving our deaf K9 to have his first grooming appointment ever. It was an absolute success! They were gentle and understood the situation with him. They did an amazing job and he looks amazing, and so does his brother too!

Such a wonderful place to get dogs groomed at! Highly skilled and professional groomers, great management team, and an amazing owner! These guys strive for excellence. Top of the line, cleanest facility, the pups look great and the parents are happy!
