Lucky dog salon

Never had a problem until the last groom..did not do the full service. Ears were not cleaned. Should have stuck to my usual groomer. If you want to take your dog to a groomer and give the dog a bath as soon as you get home, then this is the place. Would not consider my dog “lucky” coming home with fleas. I was barely lucky enough to be informed about the fleas after I reached out first. The communication is definitely lacking on their part. The groomer who took care of my dog was not there when I picked up my dog so she failed to inform the other staff about the situation. I was informed that the salon would be sprayed for fleas when I messaged them about seeing fleas in the first place. When I picked my dog up, there were still dogs in the salon, therefore the salon wouldn’t be sprayed until after those dogs had left. Even after expressing all of the concerns listed above with the groomer, instead of trying to repair the costumer relationship, I was told “good luck to you and your new groomer.” The doodle reviews stand corrected. My friend picked her dog up from the groomer and she saw that there were over 30 fleas crawling in her dogs fur. There was no mention of anything regarding this nor were there any extra fees for flea treatment. Therefore, it is very obvious that the groomer had fleas at the salon before she took her dog there and no sanitizing treatments were done to take care of the issue. When she messaged the salon to let them know they might have a flea issue and to make sure it doesn’t happen to others, their response was “sorry we forgot to tell you when you picked her up”. Aside from all of that, the dogs ears were not cleaned at all which is supposed to be included in the price of the grooming. Never had issues before this time so just want to make sure someone is aware before this happens to their animals

Very impressed with how well they handled Rozzi Jo. They were kind, understanding, and they didn’t push her to get her nails done. Hopefully we can work on that so she’s not so snappy. Rozzi smells so good. When I would take Charlie to get his groomsmen at (ahem we won’t mention names), the shampoo always brought out the worst allergies in me, and his nails were all (yes, ALL) bleeding (hence why I’m so thankful we found Lucky Dog!!!). Rozzi is soft and squeaky clean.

I was very satisfied with my experience here! Super nice and friendly staff :) my yorkie had long hair and long nails and they did a great job shaving his hair short and at an appropriate length. His nails felt and looked great! I will definitely be coming back!

Lucky Dog Salon is so amazing with my boy, Vader!!!!!! He usually gets a bath and a nail trim. The staff is the absolute nicest group of people. They even let my dog pick out his own toy one day! I am always so impressed and happy with the service and care.
