He had a great time! He was happy to see me. He was definitely tired. My only request is kinda leave a note for the owner how their animal did. Just like a child from a daycare I would like to know how he interacted when I was gone.

Constantly happy with Happy Dogs with their care, in every way, of my Sir Dewebert the Corgi. Here's a photo of him just after pick up from weekend boarding.

Happy Dogs has been a great place for my pup! She’s older but has so much fun, and the staff take such good care of her. Everyone is really friendly and great to work with.

I never worry about my dog when he goes to daycare or board him with Happy Dogs! My dog loves being there with all his doggie friends and loves the the staff too!

Used to be a super great facility that I felt comfortable leaving my dogs with...loved everything about Happy Dogs at one point. I would have left nothing but positive reviews, as I had such a positive experience in 2022. In 2023, I took them (3 dogs: ages 1, 5, and 9 at the time) there again for boarding and received poor customer service immediately from a specific employee. I shrugged it off and thought maybe she had had a rough day, and moved on. I called every day forward to check in on the dogs, but every employee I spoke with acted like they had never heard of them and they always had to "go ask someone else" how they were doing before they could manage to update me. Previous times I had my dogs there I had gotten daily pictures and staff were happy to speak to me when I called for updates. I understand that pictures are not "included" in their daycare or boarding package, but the staff members were always so helpful over the phone and happy to send me photo updates to ease my mind. Again, I had such a good experience in 2022. Not so in 2023. As mentioned, In November 2023 when I left all three dogs there for 5 days, I called daily to check in on them and staff seemed aggravated and confused by my calls, then promised to send pictures the following day, which I never received. My older dog began having fecal accidents in his crate while there which has never happened with him in the past. When I picked my dogs up following vacation the same poor customer service employee asked if my older dog was "even crate trained at all," because he had been having accidents while being boarded. All three of my dogs are crate trained. I chalked it up to potential stress and nervousness on my dog's part and thought he would return to 'normal' after getting back into his routine for a few days. Months later the issues have persisted and he's been diagnosed with an untreatable neurological condition that was likely caused by a trauma. The timeline equates to it happening during his time at Happy Dogs. When I picked all three of my dogs up, one was underweight (to be somewhat expected due to stress and increased activity from playing all day) and another-the older one- had an open sore on his nose from pushing it against the crate for prolonged periods. My third dog was in good condition upon pickup, likely because she was on restriction due to arthritis and did not go out daily with the other dogs. It is now August 2024 and my oldest dog, who received the most questionable care from Happy Dogs is now diagnosed by the vet with an untreatable neurological condition that happened due to a trauma that happened during the last year. Typically I would not jump to such conclusions, as I know there are a multitude of factors that contribute to any animals' longevity. However, the timeline COMBINED with the lack of professional respect, integrity, and transparency that I witnessed during my most recent time with the facility leads me to believe that something negligent happened while he was there.
