Laura's Pet Grooming

I want to start off and say i have never written a review like this in my life but I have genuinely never been so upset by a place. When i came in and was trying to explain the cut i wanted (which i was VERY SPECIFIC) it was such a hassle for them to listen. I have a bernese mountain dog and you’re not supposed to shave these dogs because it can cause a lot of problems for them. I’m not upset my dog got an ugly cut, i’m upset that his hair won’t grow back the same and his grass allergy will be terrible this summer because he no longer has ANY hair to shield it. I came in and asked if they had ever cut this type of dog before, they said yes hesitantly. Come to find out they obviously have not. They shaved my bernese mountain dog and cut his ears very uneven and funky. They were rude and cannot cut dogs. Here are pictures for reference the last picture is how he normally looks.

i always take my dogs here! Laura is reasonable and i love how she trims Rosco and Duke's nails! never sharp and short as she can get them! they are so soft and smell amazing for a good week or two! (depending on weather lol) i highly recommend Laura!

They do an excellent job for my dog every time. So much so that she gets excited when she realizes where we're going! Can't ask for much more than that!
