Lafayette Groomers

Tina and April do a fantastic job on my maltese and my 20 lb cat . The rates are really good too!

Lafayette groomers are so wonderful with my dogs. My dog who is skiddish jumped up on the lady who cut her nails after she was finished wanting more lovin!! The prices are very reasonable!

I have taken my animals there for years now I'm very satisfied with their work and here's the two cuties that they've done recently

Took my cat here today and they cleaned her right up, got rid of all her mats and gave her just the cut I had in mind :) and very nice people

I've always had great experiences with them until today. When leaving a message for me that my dog was ready for pick-up they did not hang up the phone and I overheard them speaking poorly about me. I addressed this on pickup and they immediately denied the claim, saying they were talking about someone else (if you heard the voicemail you'd understand- it was obviously directed towards me). They gave a half-hearted apology and no further explanation. I at least hope they've learned to be more mindful of hanging up calls appropriately. I work in the veterinary medicine industry and know from experience that people who speak poorly about clients treat animals in a similar manner. Due to their unprofessionalism, they have lost my trust and my business.
