Bubbles & Bows

We took our cat Sadie here today and we are sooo happy with how patient Alesha was. Sadie had an attitude today so my wife offered to help. Alesha did an incredible job with Sadie. Sadie looks 100 % better. We told her not to give her a bath and Alesha made Sadie look great even though Sadie was not being good. Alesha did not want to charge us anything because she said it wasn't her best job. Not her fault since Sadie was being bad today. I gave her $40 even though she didn't want to take it. I wanted to give her more but I knew she wouldn't take it. I made her take it. Great lady. I would recommend her for your cat or dog. Check out my pictures. HAVE CONTINGENCIES IN CASE SHE CANCELS Alesha told me she is the only operator here as of Jan 2024. She had set four different grooming appointments for our dogs weeks ahead; then cancelled within two hours ahead (except for the one where she just wasn’t there and “couldn’t find our number to call”). Before my review, I did call her directly to offer a final opportunity to keep the 4th appointment before submitting review. We were referred to her by a family member which was why the first three cancellations were tolerable (and has two stars rather than one). “Two Stars” for a 100% cancel rate is more than fair. The fourth cancel delivers opportunity for Bailey here to meet a different groomer! I hope Alesha @ Bubbles & Bows Greenwood gets the help she much needs!

I'm so happy that I called Bubbles and Bows for my 4 month old mini aussiedoodle. I had taken him to another groomer in Greenwood and I was shocked at how loud it was and my dog was terrified, I couldn't even leave him there. Aleasha was quick to get an appointment. When I walked it, it was a quiet stress free environment for my dog and I had no hesitation leaving him there. She was quick to call when he was finished with him. He is just as happy as when I left him there. I'm so happy I found her! Thank you so much!

I haven't enough good things to say about Bubbles and Bows. Alesha was such a kind lady and professional lady. I could tell immediately in the first 5 minutes that she absolutely was experienced in her profession. She took such good care of my little girl. When I picked her up she was absolutely beautiful. I am very very happy that I found her salon. I highly recommend this salon to everyone! My little girl will be going back on a regular basis. Everyone should try this salon!!

I’ve been taking my dog to Bubbles and Bows for years and they do a great job grooming my dog. Update to review.... Alisha is doing a good job with being Covid safe. She comes to the car to get your dog and will bring them back. Alisha does a good job with grooming as well. We needed to have a prescription shampoo used and she didn’t have a problem using it. She did a good job as my dog really looked good one she finished.
