Happy Tails, Pet Grooming Salon and Hotel

I have a goldendoodle and our original groomer got hurt. They did an incredible job with him and I’m sure he can’t wait to go back! 🐶

I don't recommend this place. My dog always seemed tired and not herself after her appointments here and the tiredness would last a few days. But when I took her to the Happy Tails groomer in Elkhart, she came out happy and was herself. I think the Elkhart location is a better choice.

We have taken our shi tzu here several times and always like his cut. The people are very friendly. You can see the gromking area just off the entry way. They give a report for the dog each time as to how their condition is. This is the only place we will take him. The latest time he had a little silk necktie which was really nice. Gonna keep it for him for the holidays.

I never have any worries bringing my guy here. The workers are very attentive and they are able to answer any questions I have had. My guy comes out looking great and in very good spirits. Last time he went he was falling asleep during his grooming if that tells you how relaxed he was.

Happy Tails is the best! Initially, I was extremely nervous taking our girls to a groomer. Chloe, our shepherd, is timid and wouldn’t be an issue, but it had been so long since she has gone. Shortcake, our pit bull, is full of energy and can be a lot to handle; she had never been to a groomer. Happy Tails staff were so welcoming and instantly I felt comfortable and knew the girls were in good hands. In no time, they called and said the girls were ready and did just awesome... especially Shortcake! I can’t tell you how great that felt. The girls were all smiles and wags when I picked them up. I also loved the report card they give for the visit. We will never go anywhere else!
