I’ve been bringing my baby to this salon for maybe 2 years now. When he first started out he was a little feisty fella and I was worried he’d be a problem for the groomers. However, he and Mallory bond very well. She was so patient with him and also made me feel more than comfortable leaving him in her care. I knew that she’d love him and be considerate of him while providing grooming services. Mallory has such a free spirited sweet soul and I couldn’t have asked for a better groomer for my baby. The salon is very well kept. It’s always clean and the groomers provide a warm welcoming atmosphere EVERY visit. They update you in ample time when your puppy’s services are almost complete so you can return in a timely manner. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance and they are pretty good about responding back to voicemails! The company also allows booking in advance up to a year and has a link with all of your puppy’s appointments. They have calming treats ($10/treat) to help animals get acclimated to services but they always request permission from the owner first. I don’t have any complaints when it comes to this company. The owner Lisa is such a sweetheart and a groomer as well and you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does! Best grooming team we’ve ever worked with. They are always so kind. They are exceptional with our dog. Our dog is always so clean and smells so good when we pick him up. More importantly, we know he is always safe and well taken care of when he is here. We drive 90 minutes round trip to keep coming here. Make sure you text/message - don’t call!

They are amazing! I LOVE how they love our dog, Kevin. They all know his name and he gets excited to see his ladies! He doesn’t have to go into a crate and gets to play and socialize with other dogs. They do a fantastic job on his haircuts and I couldn’t be happier!

What a find! I took our husky mix as a walk-in to get her nails trimmed on one of their Nail Trim Saturdays. They were so friendly and fun and very patient with our doggy who doesn’t like people touching her feet. 😅 So glad I found them and gave them a try!

Kinda been on a roller coaster finding a dog groomer but we've been going to Ruff n Roll since they opened.They are very sweet to my pups and it's nice that I'm able to text them for scheduling appts/vaccination records. They've always provided wonderful customer service and my pups always look fabulous! Maddy is the best groomer we've ever had and that says alot since I'm extremely overprotective of my pups!
