Knowing our dogs and cat are fine while we are vacationing. Friendly caring staff.
Cannot recommend them enough. I boarded with them once a few months ago when we were going out of town and I will never go anywhere else. They posted videos on facebook of the dogs so I could see how she was doing. I took my dog back to get groomed and she was so excited to be there again. They did an outstanding job with grooming. The girl who took her for grooming was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the best cut for her coat type. She looks great and their prices for both grooming and boarding are extremely reasonable. They are so wonderful with her. All of the staff talks to her and she loves it. 10/10
My dog loves it here...she loves playing with her friends. It is where I go for daycare boarding and grooming. Friendly staff loves your dog as much as you do.
I waited until after my vacation time to post this because I wasn't going to ruin my time off dwelling on the situation. I did not call the establishment because I wasn't going to be nice and didn't want an innocent staff member to endure my anger. I hired Lauren to do 3 in home pet visits for my dog and cat. I met her in person to set everything up and explain what I needed her to do. Not once but twice I explained the first visit, which was during the afternoon, I needed the dog to be taken out and to give both the cat and dog a treat. She would return that evening to feed them dinner and take the dog out. Her last visit would be the following morning to feed both animals breakfast and take the dog out 1 more time. When I arrived home the breakfast that was laid out was not given to them nor had been touched. I paid $115 and everything was laid out and marked with post it notes so it would be easy for her. I obviously did not get the full service I paid for. Of course my animals were not going to starve by missing a meal but that isn't the point. I regretfully did not have cameras to know if the last visit was even made. I have never left my animals alone and I can't say I'll ever trust anyone to come in my home again after this experience. I was so sure they were in good hands especially after I received picture updates on her first visit. To top it all off I received a voicemail on Saturday saying I still owed for the in home pet sitting service. I paid up front with a card and had a paper receipt. You would think that would be logged in their system. What I do know is I will never use this business again nor recommend them. My loss but a lesson was learned. Jennifer D.
I worked there for 2 years. the facility is disgusting and the staff is 90% incompetent. Mark lets anyone work there and doesn't have the backbone to keep his workers in check, so many of the dogs needs are regularly ignored. the morning manager tron prefers to just walk/stand around and chat with other workers who act like there is nothing to do while boarding dogs are stuck in their kennels with their own messes and very infrequent water refills. During the surge of "puppy covid" or wtv it ended up being called, mark made several claims on Facebook about all the cleaning measures we were taking, and I promise you that was not happening. he said dogs were getting fresh bowls regularly. in reality, daycare dogs would not be given water until 8 or 9 am and each group(10-20 dogs) had 1-2 bowls to share. they would then pick the bowls back up around 12 and not give them water for another 3 hours. boarding dogs were supposed to get water with their breakfast (which didn't always happen) and then right after/during eating they would be briefly taken outside then put back in their kennels for several hours. sometimes they got group time inside, but they never got water during that time. i got yelled at multiple times for giving boarding dogs water even though they were obviously very thirsty.. our form of "sanitizing" was spraying some kind of diluted cleaner on the kennels and runs while the dogs were inside. and putting dog bowls through sanitizer water that seemed to make dogs sick from time to time. fights break out every day, and dogs are getting injured because no one pays attention or is able to get to the dogs fast enough due to 2-3 techs in each room (no management), and then no one has any explanation for the owners the ONLY people exempt from all of this that I regularly worked with are Amanda K and Anna H. Amanda was the only person in management who consistently showed both me and the dogs respect, and Anna was always eager to learn and put 100% into her work there's plenty more, but this is a general summary of what's happening behind closed doors.
