Faus' Groom & Room

I absolutely love our new groomer! My dog came out a very cute and happy girl! Not shaky and anxious at all which is unusual. The staff were all so kind and funny. They listened to all of my requests and made me feel very natural comfortable. They even kept her mohawk, ear lashes, and scruffy beard as requested. They are so reasonably priced and honestly I just can't say enough good things. I will definitely be going back!

I've been taking my dogs here for years for grooming and boarding. Never had a problem and they've always done right by me. I had several hospitalizations this year and Brad what is really good about helping me out even though they were full I took my dog in five different times between the end of December and the end of February and once again in March. I would have been lost without them being able to take care of Dakota.

I have been bringing my furbabies to Faus' Groom & Room for many years now. They have cared for Rellik, Jade, Brandy, Roxy and Finn. Three of them have taken the Rainbow Bridge due to old age and are now awaiting our transition someday to join them. We have utilized boarding, grooming and both Brad and Mike have provided training advice when needed without asking for anything in return. I have spent countless hours with Brad, Mike and their staff. I have NO question in my mind that they love and adore the animals in their care. They know they have the absolute BEST job in the world. They welcome any potential or current client to stop in and tour the facility or watch them interact with the animals. I have done this myself more times than I can count. It's what responsible pet owners should do before entrusting your pet with a stranger. You wouldn't hand over your human baby to an unknown individual, right? I encourage everyone to question anything you read or hear online or in person. There is always more than one side of a story. Before choosing a side or harassing innocent people, I encourage you to speak to the other party in a non-threatening manner. If you are not a client or potential client, then take everything with a grain of salt or stay out of it. Our family will continue to trust our pets with Brad Faus, Mike and their amazing staff. My pets love them and so do we.

Had another great stay for our pups at Faus. They took great care of them! They were excited to arrive and as always, excited to go home! Will continue boarding our pups with Brad and his team!

I have been taking previous pets here, and i recently brought my new husky in. I dropped her off at 9 am hung out talking to the staff who are so friendly; kids petting the lobby cat and greeting the reception dogs. I was just dropping her off for a groom. But I was flabbergasted 2 days after getting groomed and being a husky ( rolling in dirt constantly) that she still smelled like the moment we picked her up.They are communicative and flexible, calling with any schedule confirmations. My pets always left there smiling. We love it and will keep coming back.
