At a time when they were extremely busy, they took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Great experience!!

It was 15 minutes till closing time when I called the store and I was 5 minutes away. I asked them to verify that they had an item in stock. They were VERY courteous on the phone and when i arrived, they had the item that I called about waiting at the front register for me. And it was the nicest experience that I had at a retail store in months!!

If there were 10 stars, I would give them!! This particular tractor supply store is my favorite, not only because of the stock they keep on hand, but also because of the employees. Specifically, Megan! Anytime I go in there, she is happy to help me. If I call the store to ask if an item is in stock, she will take the time to see if it’s on the next delivery truck. It’s really unbelievable to receive this type of personal attention, especially these days! Great job!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spoke with Heath, I had forgotten to get my mother a heat lamp and he was closing the store I called on my way home from Newburgh, I was originally going to buy the heat lamp with my debit card over the phone. Heath told me he could not do that over the phone but instead he would buy it himself and leave it outside. Such a kind gesture and it is so nice to know people like this still exists! Really gives me hope! Thanks Heath!

I have never been to this store before today. After being done with the big chain hardware stores and their customer service, I looked up this store’s availability on weed eaters/edgers. Not only did I save $100 from the chain prices, I received excellent service at both the Evansville and Boonville store. This will be my new hardware store. Thank you!
