Blue Ribbon Dog Grooming LLC Anderson

I’ve been going here for about 5 years. When Colleen was still here to do the big dogs, I was extremely happy. Since she has gone, the service had been much less satisfactory. Today, just like every time he’s ever been there, I asked for a grooming. That cost $135. At about 1:45 I got a call to come pick him up. Jamie said it’s only $90 because we didn’t cut his hair. I explained that the ONLY reason I took him was so he would be groomed. I asked her to go ahead and cut his hair like I asked. That’s what my appt was for. She said she would ask Maryann. I heard nothing back from them, so assumed they groomed him. When I went to pick him up, I thanked Maryann for going ahead and grooming him. She said “we didn’t! We didn’t have time” I am beyond furious. A $90 bath???? It is absolutely clear that this place is not about pleasing their customers. If they misunderstood and then KNEW before I even came to get him that they had misunderstood, wouldn’t it be good customer service to rectify their mistake? They had an additional 4 hours to do that. I would have gladly come back the next day if that’s what it took. That wasn’t offered. They know my dog has NEVER been there for just a bath. If you have a big dog, they do NOT really want to mess w them. I just threw $90 away. We won’t be back to this groomer.

I have had a HARD time finding a good groomer since moving here but these guys are worth a 30 min drive! They're really sweet and have back grounds in dog training so they know what they're doing! They made my lil guy look great!

I bring my dog here for nail trimming and am always satisfied. My only complaint is it's difficult to reach anyone by phone - you'll get a better response by going inside.

Took a while to get her in because they are busy but it was worth the wait! Ginger looks amazing and smells great! Definitely coming back. The bandana is adorable as well!

My dogs love the homemade treats and I love the candles. I don't have my dog groomed because he is a 200 lb Great Dane and is not a fan of water. So we for the treats. The ladies are very sweet and eager to help you with your needs.
