If we could give 10 stars we would! Carol is amazing with our Chihuahua. One thing about Ms. CAROL that is more amazing is how she cares for your pet and is super conscious about the animal being stressed out or in pain during the visit. Ms. Carol puts the animals feelings first!! And she swears by if she is unable to complete a groom due to any situation that would jeopardize your pets health, or stress level, she will stop the groom and NOT CHARGE a dime!! We are so glad we have her as our groomer here on OAHU. 10 stars!!

I have a rescue with an abusive past, major anxiety, and he is not easy to get groomed. Carole showed such patience, kindness and compassion and was able to get his feet done. Oh and also, she was at the end of her work day but clearly cares so much about animals that she was at my house within minutes to help my boy out. She has gained a forever client and I am so grateful for her!!

Absolutely LOVE Carole! I was having a hard time finding someone to groom my senior poodle of 17 years. She eased my mind and took my precious old man in and gave him the extra TLC to make him feel comfortable during his grooming session. Timon always loved being groomed so once he was comfortable she was able to groom him and he totally enjoyed his bath. I can’t say enough about Carole and her compassion for our furbabies. I HIGHLY recommend her to groom your furbabies 🐾❤️😊

Carol has groomed and loved my little fellow for years!! She is sooo very patient with him as he's a bit difficult, but that made her love him more! I highly recommend her!!

Carol groomed Murphy today for the first time. He hates to be groomed but after meeting Carol he jumped in the truck and said let’s go. He looks great! She is patient and loving, Murphy trusted her immediately no easy task for this Doodle!
