PUKALANI ACE HARDWARE

Altho I shop at almost any hardware store, I love Ace because of it's convenient location and pleasant employees. There's a competing hardware store closer to my house but they are often out of, or don't carry the item I'm looking for.....so for the most part, I don't even try going there any more, I just go straight to Pukalani .

Pukalani Ace has your “hometown hardware store” personality. Over the last 16 years my husband and I have shopped here and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. Seriously. And that is hard to do. With all of the big box hardware stores around, that personal attention and respect for the customer is a thing of the past. (I even worked at one of these big box hardware stores for a minute so believe me, I know). You all know exactly what I’m talking about. So I definitely want to shout out for them. If they cannot get you exactly what you need immediately at their store? They will help you find it and get it. You’re a person again there folks, not just a wallet. Believe it!! And if you are a youngster and don’t know what a “hometown feel” is? Go to Pukalani Ace Hardware and you will see what the amazing folks there can do.

Staff are always helpful and despite being smaller than the big stores they always have what I need and things are way easier to find!

Ace hardware is the same wherever you go. They employ helpful grandpa types, prices are more expensive than Home Depot but it's worth it to avoid wonder the aisles for 40 years. 5 star service is always worth it.

Close to home, Upcountry and on Sundays some nice old kind automobiles on display other end of parking lot.
