I ignored the negative reviews here and I wish I didnt. Its nearby so I brought my dog here a couple of times, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the staff here are rude and everytime I call, they always sound like I am a bother or an interruption. It takes them all day to complete my dog’s grooming service and their salon is like a market, its disorganized and a mess. Do NOT bring your sweet pets here, find a place elsewhere with better reviews and take it to consideration. I will definitely will NOT be back here.

Pet Haven Salon is my only choice island wide for my pet grooming needs. The groomers always pay attention to detail, consistently exceed my expectations and take care of my dog as if she were their own. The facilities are top notch and climate controlled with individual holding cages for each animal. Special mahalo to salon owner Cheryl. She is the epitome of dedication and professionalism to her field! You would be a fool to take your pet anywhere else...

We just moved here and had a great experience with Pet Haven Salon! They did a great job with our 50 lb doodle and were helpful with other local recommendations. We’ll be back!

I brought my rescue pup that I've had for nearly a year to get groomed for the very first time. He was severely matted and really shaggy. I've never had a dog that required grooming and was a bit concerned how he'd be with new people. I expressed this and was met with understanding and reassurance that it's fine. Everything was EASY... from setting up an appointment to discussing the process and pricing all the way to drop off and pick up. Everything was explained to me when I dropped him off even down to what I could expect to see when it comes to his behavior after his hair is gone. The work done in this hidden gem is truly magical. I wish I had done it sooner. My little Gofie(goh-fee) Guy is transformed!!! I love it. We will definitely be back.

Great grooming and great staff. Cheryl is awesome! She cares for her clients like they are her own pets and makes us feel so comfortable leaving our babies with her. Highly recommend!
