Sarah was outstanding! Our lil Nacho is too skiddish to clip his nails, so we figured it was time for a professional. Sarah was flawless and Nacho was puffy in her hands . Also Sarah gave us an upgrade in a carrier (Nacho destroyed the cardboard one in the way there😂). Highly recommend. Great attitude and shares tons of advice. Mahalo

From the first time I took my Shih Tzu to Sarah I knew I had found our groomer. She was (and is) concerned for the dogs comfort and wellbeing not just the job. The first grooming sets the path for all future grooms and she had my little guy as happy and calm as when he’s at home. Sarah always trims to the exact length you requested, trims nails, cleans ears, eyes and business areas so your pup or kitty can be their best selves. And without heavy perfumes she still has them smelling amazing!! 5 stars is not enough- Sarah is the best!!

I started taking my puppy, Pika, to Sarah, at Kawaii Furry Tails, as soon as she opened and I am extremely pleased with her services and highly recommend this pet salon to anyone who cares about their furbaby. Besides the fact that Sarah does a wonderful job of grooming my 6 year old puppy, the salon is very nice, very clean and her prices are comprable to other groomers. And Pika loves going there, which is a great relief to me. Again I highly recommend Sarah and Kawaii Furry Tails!
