Petco Grooming

Have been going to Petco for two years now for dog grooming. They have been wonderful. Have used three different stylists and they have all been very curteous and great with my senior dog.

Petco canceled my initial appointment on the day-of and did not offer to reschedule to another time of our convenience. I had to leave work early the next day to make their only available slot, but was running a little behind. I gave the store a courtesy call, and the operator confirmed it was no problem. When I arrived, the salon threatened to cancel again because I was 5 min late. They finally agreed to take my goldendoodle. I asked for a puppy cut, 2.5 hrs later she’s returned to me completely SHAVED from head to toe - including a razor burn that’s now red and blistered. On top of that, they charged me $140?! What a TERRIBLE experience, I will never ever take any dog to get groomed here again and would advise others the same!

They accommodated my dogs reactivity toward other dogs and booked her for the first appointment. They cared for my dog kindly.

Everyone of our three pups grooming has been beautiful until we had Dawn O…unusual unbalanced cuts… choose any other groomer ! Not a compassionate person .. clearly not from Kona.. she looks like she does not enjoy her job.

It’s always good. Mahana does an excellent job with Shadow. She knows exactly what I want all the time, I hope she will be there for along time
