The Pet Shop

This place is great. Local professional and the staff know their stuff. I go for fish and they have a great selection of fish and live plants. Keep it up Pet Shop! Mahalo!

I recently moved back to Maui, and I plan on doing business with local businesses. But, today I visited this place the pet shop to buy my dog food locally. There were two young definitely untrained cashiers that ignored me. Then when I asked them for help and I had a question. They just ignored me and kept on talking and playing on their phones. I'm going to be doing all my shopping at Petco from now on! Honestly, I don't know how this place stays in business :-)

The pet shop employees were so knowledgeable and helpful! Love going here for my pet needs. Arche and the other staff with the really pretty nails helped me out! Give them a raise please.

My absolute favorite place for fish and supplies. Large selection and a regular shipment of new fish. (I go in around once every 1-2 weeks and there's always new fish) Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff that is eager to help. Great team communication, if someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they know which coworkers will. I've had poor experiences at an unnamed corporate chain pet supply where the staff seems annoyed that I'm asking for a fish and that they have to do their jobs. Oh noooo. This problem isn't present at The Pet Shop, and I highly recommend supporting this locally owned business and to sign up for the rewards. It's been beyond worth it for me. Keep it up guys!

I like to support the small business pet shops. They are always friendly and helpful. They allow us to put our food on hold which is helpful. Good selection of higher quality food, toys and products. They have a great rewards program too. Recommend checking them out for your pet needs.
