Kendra the supervisor in flooring is the most professional person I’ve ever dealt with at any store. She knew everything about everything. Dropped what she was doing to help us. Gave us so much confidence in purchasing the product here. When you are spending several thousand dollars to talk to someone that actually knew what they were doing took so much pressure off. If you see Kendra let her know she’s amazing! I wouldn’t go unless Kendra was working. And if she wasn’t working today we wouldn’t have purchased today
I walked from one side of the store to the other. Not a worker in sight. I grab an item and ask someone for help with the item. I wanted to know if they had more because the box was smashed. She scanned it and replied “we have 3 on hand”. After a long pause I asked “ok, so how can I get one of these?” She then proceeds to send me to find someone from that department. If I saw someone from that department, I wouldn’t have walked over to her for help. I walk away and find someone else. The gentleman scans it and says this is the only one. I don’t understand how that works. Zero customer service. The 2 people I did come in contact with, seemed like they weren’t excited about their job at all. I wonder if they know they are in the customer service industry.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees will avert their eyes and walk by you without asking if you need help. If you ask for help they will pass the buck and offer to page someone else. Waited nearly an hour for a department associate for help. I asked 3 different employees to page someone to the department. I ended up leaving the store without being assisted at all.
DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIACNES EVER FROM LOWES, Their return policy is only 48 hours, I have been on hold for several DAYS easily over 8+ hours, three ways calls with LOWES, HOTPOINT (manufacture) of the fridge I bought, as well as COROPORATE, all of them pointing the finger at one another, impossible to schedule service, they NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX THE FRIDGE. I went to the store over 3 times with the fridge.. talked to a number of managers, assistant mangers (Dennis) and to no avail. still fighting the system. absolute raging dumpster fire of a situation to return a broken fridge that pools with water. buy your appliances elsewhere, so to put them on full blast, I included the email threads showing how disorganized the ENTIRE situation is.
The customer service at Lowe’s Maui is absolutely the worse I’ve ever experienced. I am a contractor on Maui and time after time have been extremely disappointed. Can’t reach anyone via phone and when you do they just pass my call to a dead end. Nobody has any answers. And whenever I go to the store everyone is clueless. Lowe’s Maui is horrible and would NEVER recommend doing business with them.
