Del's Feed And Farm Supply

I just can’t figure out why every cashier here is so RUDE. On top of it, every single time I come in to get feed, Dels never has it. “Oh yeah, we’re out of everything.” This is what I hear every time, it’s infuriating. Do better Dels. Get management who can capably run your orders. I’ll never spend my money here again.

They are amazing!! Great customer service and have a bunch of items for all the animals. We recently got a puppy and they helped me get a few things including his upcoming vaccine shot, which I will be going to get from them this week for his last one.

Showed up at 4:58pm, after calling three times, to confirm I would be there. (Btw, online says they close at 6pm) I was there to purchase 17 mats for almost $800 in sales. I walk in and she says the guys are clocked out and can’t load the mats. What the heck?! We talked multiple times and the last time was 5 minutes ago! Must be nice to be able to turn down that kind of an order during these crazy times!

Bought a gate and after mounts went to take back and switch. After mounting gate notices top rail was damaged. Left bolts in mounting wood. First was told 30 day return policy but they had no gate in the size. I asked cashier to sign my receipt that I tried to return. Got attitude. Then the lady manager said I could not return since I did not have the parts even though I just wanted the gate only and would have left the parts. Now looking for a different place to get my Farm supplies. Will not go back there. Not appreciative of me as a customer
