Pounce Hawaii

If you are going to vacation and you are looking for a place to stay for your fur baby, this is the one! Pounce Hawaii provides a clean, friendly and caring atmosphere. Daily pictures really help when you are far away from your fur baby. The room is specious and has a window. Pounce Hawaii has great policies: admission protocol (inventory with food, toys and etc), vaccination requirement, check in and check out time slots. The grooming service is a great plus. I am so happy that I found this place!

This has got to be the best place if you’re looking for someone to look after your cat! The girls at Pounce are just so so kind and they truly care about the cats. I was going out of town for two weeks and had to quickly find somewhere to take my baby Luna after our original cat sitter plans fell through. They treated her amazingly and i loved that they let us take home a cat scratcher/toys when I picked her up! I definitely recommend this place and am so thankful to them for everything.

THE RITZ FOR FELINES! In search of a place for my felines on one of my travels, I found Pounce and boy did I POUNCE on them. My three female felines had a 4 night stay at Pounce. Pounce has climate and air control so you need not worry about them. The Establishment is so clean, you can eat your lunch sitting on the floor. It's white and bright! They had a grand time I'm sure and know that when you check them out, you will be given a verbal journal (written if you want a copy) of the times the ate, napped and even when they used the potty/litter box So Feline Owners! This is the place to board! Hands down! Priced right! Efficient and polite staffing. Nuff said

Pounce Hawaii is a great place to meet and adopt cats that are in need of a family. Pounce Hawaii sits on the makai side of Queen Street and has convenient parking for customers. (I think to ensure parking, they ask for customers to make reservations). Although I only went for the cat lounge/cafe, it seems like they perform many other cat services which is great. For the cat lounge, as you enter the building you are greeted by a staff member who briefly explains the rules and makes drinks for you. You then enter the cat lounge area and are free to play with cats for 90 minutes. Although there were only two kittens and two adult cats when I went, the kittens were extremely active making up for the lack of cats. Overall, although the cat lounge experience wasn't the greatest, I support what Pounce does and how they run a cat cafe which doubles as an adoption center for anyone who wants a cat!

We had an amazing experience with Pounce Hawaii. They treated our cat with love. They sent us our cat's pictures as updates and I had never seen our cat looked happy like that before. We are so grateful for them. We would recommend Pounce to every cat owner.
