Doggy Box

I've taken my dog here a few times, and normally she's had a good experience. However during our latest visit, I wasn't thrilled to learn that she hadn't been taken out to go to the bathroom at any point before or after her grooming, so she ended up having a diarrhea accident in the kennel and no one noticed until I arrived to take her home and they let her out of the kennel. For context I dropped her off at 11 AM and picked her up around 4:30 PM. I let her go to the bathroom right before I dropped her off in the morning, but she didn't have a bowel movement at that moment. My personal feeling is that if an appointment is longer than 2.5 hours the dog needs to be let out to go the bathroom as soon as they're done in case it's been awhile since they last went to the bathroom. Obviously it's not groomer's s fault that my dog got sick that afternoon, but since she wasn't let out at all for more than 5 hours I can't abide that. For that reason, I won't be returning.

A strong 5 starts for Doggy Box! They do an amazing job with our miniature dachshund every time! Always friendly service and very flexible with pickup time after our dog is ready with his grooming. Mahalo for taking such good care of our dog baby!

We have been visiting Mai and her team for a few years now, so this review is long over due. Our little one loves her SPaw days and loves to go in and get groomed. Everyone at Doggy Box is helpful and nice as can be. Easy to find right off Ward or Cooke. Parking right in front. They have also updated their policies for covid and you can hand the little ones over into the window as well as pay for social distancing. Excellent service and always has been. We will be customers for as long as Doggy Box will be grooming. Don't forget to pick up some treats for your pups that they sell as well.

I dropped my dogs off in the morning and was a few minutes late. Did not get a call so went back 4 hours later and waited outside till closing. Found out Mai did my dogs last. She said she did them last because I was late. I was surprised I wouldn’t have left my dogs there in the cages for 5 hours! That was not a kind thing to do. Plus one of the dogs paws was bleeding.

Highly skilled and caring pet grooming with a full range of services. Everyone is thoughtful and they give your pet a lot of love. Not to mention that your pet will look beautiful!
