This place is phenomenal, I loved the way the ladies cared for my baby. I am extremely satisfied with his results. The customer service is awesome; ladies are very caring and welcoming. Thank you again, we will be back.

This place has lost all respect for loyal patrons and pets. My dog has been a client every month since she was a puppy for 7 years. She misses two appointments and they charge a fee for the price of the service. That alone is ridiculous. An absent fee should not be the same price as a complete service. Next, they are LIARS. Because I voiced my concerns about this and other issues, out of nowhere they said their are missing payments, a record of misconduct, and they will no longer service my dog. A missing payment is not possible. You have to pay when you pick up your pet so a payment literally can not be missed. They have NEVER mentioned anything of this prior to this moment over 7 years?! They block and ignore patron phone calls if they know you want to file a complaint. Shady and intentional. They also have cut my dog multiple times on her ears and tail. I made them aware but remained because they heal quickly, the hair cut would look good, and they are the closest to me but these people are not worth it. They dry shampoo your dog, not real shampoo. They keep your pet for over 6 hours then charge a late fee if you don’t pick them up in the slim time window they created. It doesn’t take 6 hours to groom a dog. Petty, fake, and money hungry. I am sad they are treating my sweet girl like an enemy or stranger because they don’t have respect for longstanding relationships. 0 stars if I could!!! additional comment: the owner responding with lies and adding her own 5 star reviews to boost the review score is also to be noted. if we were problem clients for years, why wasn't service terminated years ago when your policy is so unforgiving? why have other people stated the exact same grievances? no need mention us again, the business speaks enough.

My dog Violent has been going here since she’s weeks old. Since the year 2017 and it’s now January 16, 2024 all these years of being a loyal customer. We have picked up my dog late a few times within the years and payed the requested fees for the few minutes late. However last year 2023 my dog missed 2 appointments ever within all the years that we’ve been going to PET KINGDOM GROOMING OF STOCKBRIDGE and they told us to pay for the appointments that she MISSED every thought no service was rendered to us or that we cannot return until we do. Since this was the only place my dog has ever been groom since she was weeks old and was going there on set appointments for 6 years we paid the miss appointment fees and took her back. Upon arrival, I told the woman that received the dogs at the front desk that is it terrible how they treated a loyal customer. when I returned and picked my dog from then they give me a letter stating lies of me owning them the missed appointments fees that I paid and hence they groomed my dog because I paid such fees. And poor communication. This is all because I voice my opinion and concerns. This is how PET KINGDOM GROOMING treats loyal customers. They have forgotten the multiple times that the have CUT my dogs ears and nipped her tail and also keep her the whole day call me right before closing and on top of that charge me a late fee, It seems as ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY 💰 and I do not owe this business a penny because if I did they would not have given me the notice of dismissal a long time ago. PET KINGDOM DOES NOT want you to have a voice on the way they treat loyal customers. So for that I give this place a 1star
